Extends the repealer date for Section 49-7-31.5 (nuisance animal hunting and trapping regulations) from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2021.

Allows landowners and agricultural leaseholders to take predatory and nuisance animals year-round on their own lands without a license, and to take nuisance animals at night with a department permit.

Exempts Purple Heart Medal recipients from hunting license requirements when hunting nuisance animals on private lands, provided they carry their DD-214 discharge form.

Permits wild hog transportation within Mississippi with a department permit, but prohibits release of live hogs except into enclosed slaughter facilities or enclosures not exceeding 500 square feet.

Requires hunters to wear at least 500 square inches of fluorescent orange when hunting wild hogs during open gun seasons on deer.
