Amends Section 63-7-47 to allow vehicles transporting timber product loads extending more than 4 feet beyond the vehicle bed or trailer to operate at night if equipped with a rotating or oscillating amber strobe-type lamp or light-emitting diode light affixed near the end of the load.

Requires the amber light to be displayed from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise and during the period described in Section 63-7-11.

Amends Section 63-5-19 to conform with the new nighttime operating provisions for timber product vehicles by adding exceptions to existing daylight-only operation requirements.

Effective July 1, 2017.
