Repeals the Common Core State Standards curriculum effective July 1, 2017, and prohibits further implementation or use by the State Board of Education and State Department of Education.

Requires Mississippi to adopt the K-12 math standards in effect in California as of January 1, 2010, and English Language Arts standards in effect in Texas as of January 1, 2010.

Mandates immediate withdrawal from the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) consortium and prohibits use of PARCC or any assessment based on Common Core State Standards.

Requires public hearings in each congressional district, a one-year open comment period, and joint legislative committee approval before adopting any curriculum standards developed outside Mississippi.

Restricts state education entities from sharing personally identifiable information of students and teachers outside the state, with commercial entities, or with the federal government unless written consent and specific conditions are met.
