Requires all health insurance policies and plans delivered or renewed on or after July 1, 2017, to provide coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests.

Prohibits requiring higher deductibles or coinsurance for these screenings than for similar benefits, and requires reimbursement rates equal to or greater than Medicare rates.

Allows referrals to non-participating providers only when no appropriate participating provider is available; out-of-network care must be provided at the same cost to the patient as in-network care.

Amends Section 25-15-9 to require the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan to include coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
