Amends Section 63-15-69, Mississippi Code of 1972, to correct a code section reference from 63-15-9 to 63-3-411 regarding motor vehicle accident reporting requirements.

Updates penalty provisions to reference the correct statute for failures to report accidents, which triggers license suspension until the report is filed plus up to 30 additional days.

Maintains existing penalties for providing false information on accident reports (up to $1,000 fine or 1 year imprisonment) and for forging or fraudulently filing proof of financial responsibility.

Preserves penalties for driving with a suspended or revoked license (up to $500 fine or 6 months imprisonment) and willfully failing to return a license (up to $500 fine or 30 days imprisonment).

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
