Amends Section 43-13-125 to allow evidence of Medicaid payments made on behalf of a recipient to be admitted in court as proof of a collateral source of recovery in damage actions.

Modifies Section 41-9-119 to permit parties to present evidence of actual amounts paid by Medicaid to satisfy medical bills, as well as amounts necessary to satisfy unpaid bills that will be paid by Medicaid.

Clarifies that presenting Medicaid payment evidence does not impose an affirmative duty on any party to seek reductions in billed charges beyond their contractual obligations.

Effective July 1, 2017.
