Amends Section 43-15-51 to clarify that all records and information prepared by multidisciplinary teams and child advocacy centers are governed by Youth Court Act confidentiality laws and the Uniform Rules of Youth Court Practice.

Prohibits disclosure of information from multidisciplinary team meetings or child advocacy center services unless requested by a Youth Court, County Court, Chancery Court, or Circuit Court for conducting proceedings.

Preserves mandatory reporting responsibilities under Section 43-21-353, allowing disclosure when legally required despite confidentiality protections.

Amends Section 43-21-259 to explicitly include records, information, and forensic interviews developed by multidisciplinary teams and child advocacy centers under confidentiality requirements for youth court records.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
