Requires health insurance policies covering pregnancy-related benefits to also cover medically necessary infertility diagnosis and treatment expenses, including artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, and related procedures, effective July 1, 2017.

Mandates coverage of three cycles of intrauterine insemination and three cycles of in vitro fertilization, subject to the same deductibles and coinsurance as maternity benefits.

Requires coverage of infertility diagnostic tests and procedures including hysterosalpingogram, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, semen analysis, and hormonal blood tests, plus FDA-approved infertility drugs.

Requires all health insurance policies to cover annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests without requiring higher deductibles or coinsurance than similar benefits, with reimbursement rates equal to or greater than Medicare rates.

Amends the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan to include coverage for annual pap smears and biennial bone density tests.
