Revises Mississippi Code Section 99-19-51 to specify that death penalty executions shall be carried out by sequential intravenous injection of an appropriate anesthetic or sedative, a chemical paralytic agent, and potassium chloride or similar substance until death is pronounced.

Establishes nitrogen hypoxia as the alternative execution method if the lethal injection method is held unconstitutional or becomes unavailable.

Provides electrocution as a secondary alternative if both lethal injection and nitrogen hypoxia are held unconstitutional or unavailable.

Establishes firing squad as a tertiary alternative if lethal injection, nitrogen hypoxia, and electrocution are all held unconstitutional or unavailable.

Grants the Commissioner of Corrections authority to select execution team members and obtain necessary substances, while making the identities of execution team members, lethal chemical suppliers, and certain family witnesses confidential and exempt from public records disclosure; provides immunity from civil or criminal liability for persons acting in good faith in carrying out lawful executions.
