Prohibits conjugal visitations for all offenders committed to the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections

Amends Section 47-5-95 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to add the conjugal visit ban as a new subsection

Maintains existing visitation rights for members of the executive department (except Governor and Lieutenant Governor), judicial department, and Legislature to observe correctional facilities and speak privately with offenders

Preserves the commissioner's authority to establish rules for other visitor access to correctional facilities

Effective date of July 1, 2017
