Reauthorizes the issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the Pass Christian School District beginning with registration years on or after July 1, 2017.

Requires an additional fee of $30.00 per distinctive license tag, paid annually at renewal, with $2.00 retained by the county tax collector for the county general fund.

Distributes the remaining $28.00 of each additional fee as follows: $24.00 to Pass Christian School District, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund created under Section 27-19-44.2.

Sets a July 1, 2020 deadline for the distinctive license tag to satisfy the requirements of Section 27-19-44(3) in order to continue being issued.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
