• Authorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of 13 organizations and causes including Aunt Joyce's Kids, Home of Grace, Cure Sickle Cell Foundation, Memphis Grizzlies, Natchez-Adams School District, Saint Patrick Catholic School, Quality Deer Management Association, Mississippi Aquarium, wildlife refuges, Chris McDill Grey Matters Scholarship Fund, and others, with $30.00 annual fees (except $50.00 for Memphis Grizzlies and Mississippi Nurses Foundation).

• Creates distinctive license tags for veterans with service-connected disabilities (not 100% rated), Combat Infantryman Badge recipients, and combat veterans, with $30.00 annual fees and distributions to State Veterans Affairs Board for memorial cemeteries and nursing homes.

• Revises fee distributions from existing distinctive license tags for Lions of Mississippi, Mississippi Association of Realtors, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, "One Coast" tags, and various school districts and organizations.

• Allows owners of antique automobiles, motorcycles, and pickup trucks to select personalized letter and number combinations (up to 6, 4, and 6 characters respectively) on their special plates, with five-year renewal requirements for customized plates.

• Increases fees for Mississippi Nurses Foundation tags from $30.00 to $50.00 and Blair E. Batson Hospital tags from $30.00 to $50.00, effective July 1, 2017.
