Changes the entity responsible for working with the Department of Revenue on the "One Coast" license tag design from the Gulf Coast Regional Tourism Partnership to the Mississippi Gulf Coast Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Revises the placement of the "One Coast" logo on the license tag from being centered at the bottom to being featured prominently on the tag.

Redirects the $24.00 per tag fee distribution from the Gulf Coast Regional Tourism Partnership to the Tourism Fund in the Gulf Coast Community Foundation.

Maintains the $30.00 additional fee for distinctive license tags, with distribution to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund ($1.00), State Highway Fund ($2.00), and a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2 ($1.00).

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
