Reenacts sections 85-7-501 through 85-7-525 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, collectively known as the Commercial Real Estate Broker Lien Act, which establish liens for real estate brokers on commercial property.

Allows licensed real estate brokers to file liens on commercial real estate for unpaid compensation when a written agreement exists, broker services are performed, and compensation terms are clearly specified.

Requires lien notice to be filed with the chancery clerk before property conveyance (with exceptions for installment payments) and served on the property owner by certified mail or legal process.

Mandates that brokers file suit to enforce liens within one year of filing notice or the lien is extinguished; establishes procedures for lien release and provides remedies including attorney fees and prejudgment interest for prevailing parties.

Removes the sunset date on these lien provisions, making them permanent law effective July 1, 2017.
