Creates the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (2015) to govern how fiduciaries, agents, trustees, and conservators can access digital assets and electronic communications of users, decedents, principals, and protected persons.

Allows users to direct custodians to disclose or withhold digital assets through online tools or written instructions in wills, trusts, and powers of attorney; such directions override contrary terms-of-service agreements.

Establishes procedures for personal representatives, agents, trustees, and conservators to request disclosure of digital assets and electronic communications from custodians, requiring certified documentation of authority and user identification.

Grants custodians discretion in how to disclose digital assets (full access, partial access, or copies), allows reasonable administrative charges, and provides immunity from liability for good faith compliance with the act.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 87-3-7, 81-5-34, 91-8-303, and 87-3-109 to authorize fiduciaries to exercise rights and powers granted under the digital assets act; effective July 1, 2017.
