Authorizes the Mississippi Development Authority to sell, lease, foreclose, or otherwise dispose of projects and related property in its sole discretion.

Allows the Mississippi Development Authority to pay costs associated with property disposal including title search, title insurance, legal fees, recording fees, and other required costs.

Renames the "Department of Economic and Community Development" to "Mississippi Development Authority" throughout Section 57-1-55.

Exempts property disposed of by the Mississippi Development Authority from the general state land disposal requirements in Section 29-1-1, which normally require legislative approval and fair market value determinations.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
