Removes the July 1, 2021 repeal date from Section 61-19-1, Mississippi Code of 1972, making the anemometer tower safety marking requirements permanent.

Requires anemometer towers 50 feet or taller located outside municipalities to be marked with aviation orange and white paint on the top third in alternating bands.

Mandates placement of two marker balls on each outside guy wire and seven-foot safety sleeves at each anchor point along guy wires.

Requires contrasting visual appearance around guy wire anchor points, with fencing required if the adjacent land is grazed.

Violation of the marking requirements is classified as a misdemeanor offense.
