Increases maximum compensation allowed per bingo session from $400.00 to $600.00 for all persons involved in conducting licensed charitable bingo games under Mississippi Code Section 97-33-69.

Eligible recipients of the per-session compensation include bingo supervisors, alternate supervisors, callers, runners, and cashiers.

Maintains restriction that bingo supervisors and their relatives cannot receive additional compensation beyond the session fee and cannot hold multiple job functions in the same game.

Applies to corporations, persons, or entities operating bingo games under contract, limited to one organization and one physical location.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
