Allows the Insurance Commissioner to waive adjuster license requirements for applicants with valid licenses from another state with substantially equivalent requirements.

Permits the Commissioner to waive license requirements for applicants with certification from Commissioner-approved adjuster education and training providers that meet state pre-licensing and examination standards.

Exempts from examination requirements applicants who possess certification from a Commissioner-approved adjuster education provider with an examination substantially equivalent to Mississippi's standards.

Exempts from examination requirements applicants who complete a Commissioner-approved adjuster training course and pass the prescribed examination, with certification provided to the Commissioner.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
