Urges the President of the United States to immediately implement the Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 and relocate the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem

References the 1995 congressional act that required the embassy relocation to Jerusalem by May 31, 1999, with authority for the President to suspend the requirement if necessary to protect national security interests

Notes that every President since 1995 has used waiver authority to suspend the relocation requirement

Affirms that Jerusalem should remain an undivided city with protected rights for all ethnic and religious groups and should be recognized as the capital of the State of Israel

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to members of the Capitol Press Corps
