Commends and congratulates Tori Bowie, native of Sand Hill, Mississippi, for winning three medals at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro: gold in the 4x100 meter relay, silver in the 100 meter dash, and bronze in the 200 meter dash.

Recognizes Bowie's athletic achievements including two NCAA championships at the University of Southern Mississippi, NCAA Female Athlete of the Year status, and professional accomplishments as a top-ranked sprinter and long jumper.

Notes that Bowie ran the final leg of the 4x100 meter relay, which finished in 41.01 seconds, the second-fastest time ever recorded in that event.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Tori Bowie and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
