Commends and congratulates Ms. LisaAnn Redd of Vicksburg for being crowned Ms. Wheelchair Mississippi 2016 on March 12, 2016 at Madison Central High School.

Notes Ms. Redd's qualifications including a master's degree in special education from the University of Southern Mississippi and 10 years of teaching experience at Morton Elementary School.
