Commends and congratulates Annabeth Breeden of Vicksburg, Mississippi, a student at Vicksburg Catholic School, for being named a 2017 Distinguished Finalist in the 22nd Annual Prudential Spirit of Community Awards.

Recognizes Breeden's volunteer service as president of the Mississippi State Society Children of the American Revolution, where she promoted the historical significance and architecture of Vicksburg and surrounding communities.

Acknowledges her fundraising efforts to provide lighting at the historic Rosalie Mansion in Natchez, Mississippi, to illuminate the antebellum mansion's architectural details.

Notes that over 31,000 young people nationally participated in the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards program, and Breeden will receive an engraved bronze medallion.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Annabeth Breeden and the Capitol Press Corps.
