Notes that under her 10-year tenure as Chair of Performing Arts at Jackson Prep, the choral program tripled in size and the school built a 1,000-seat Performing Arts Theatre

Honors her founding of Applause arts booster club and the Jackson Preparatory School Showchoir Masters competition, and her 2011 Allen and Sandy Chapman National Showchoir Director of Excellence Award

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Mrs. Holbert and members of the Capitol Press Corps
