Commends and congratulates Mrs. Barbara Trapp upon being named the Junior Auxiliary's "Outstanding Citizen" and being celebrated at a New Year's Eve charity ball.

Recognizes Trapp's nearly 40 years of teaching at Corinth High School and her involvement with community organizations including the Corinth Area Arts Council, Corinth Symphony Orchestra, Girl Scouts, and multiple church committees.

Acknowledges her continued service to education as a substitute teacher and mentor, including ACT and Cambridge tutoring, extended leave assignments for English teachers, and service on the Corinth School District Foundation board.

Highlights her work exposing young people to theater through the Haunted Theater and Community Christmas Show, as well as her extensive volunteer service at First United Methodist Church.

Directs copies of the resolution to be furnished to Mrs. Trapp and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
