Recognizes CW4 Pipkin's military career beginning in 1989 as a Light-Wheel Vehicle Repairman, including assignments in Korea, Italy, Afghanistan, the Horn of Africa, and Iraq with participation in Operation Iraqi Freedom missions

Acknowledges CW4 Pipkin's numerous military awards and decorations including the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and Combat Action Badge, as well as a certificate of appreciation from President Barack Obama

Extends the House's recognition of CW4 Pipkin's sacrifice and dedication in service to the country on behalf of Mississippi
