Commends the life and legacy of Duane R. "Doc" Bradford, an ordained minister and former Sheriff of Lawrence County, Mississippi, who passed away on January 15, 2017, at age 66.

Honors Bradford's 46-year marriage to Wanda Dale Davis and his service in law enforcement across multiple agencies including the Jackson Police Department, Florence Police Department, Copiah County Sheriff's Office, and New Hebron Police Department.

Recognizes Bradford's ministry work touching the lives of youth, parents, and community members, and his deep commitment to his family, faith, country, and community.

Expresses deepest sympathy to his survivors including his wife Wanda, son Garrett with spouse Ashley, grandsons Jace, Landon and Raylan, and acknowledges his deceased daughter Stacie.

Directs that copies of this resolution be furnished to Bradford's family and the Capitol Press Corps.
