Commends Keep DeSoto County Beautiful for receiving the Keep America Beautiful President's Circle Award for the second consecutive year in recognition of litter prevention, recycling, waste reduction, beautification and community greening efforts.

Acknowledges the organization's founding in 2015 through a partnership between the DeSoto County Board of Supervisors, the cities of Southaven, Olive Branch, Horn Lake, Hernando and Walls, and Keep Mississippi Beautiful affiliates.

Recognizes Keep DeSoto County Beautiful's contributions including organizing the annual DeSoto County Earth Day Celebration, spring Countywide Cleanup, fall Household Hazardous Waste Day Drop-off Event, and expanding electronics and tire waste recycling programs.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Keep DeSoto County Beautiful Executive Director Ray Laughter and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
