Commends and congratulates seven St. Andrew's Episcopal School students for scoring a perfect 36 on the ACT: Emily Kruse, Julia Jia, Charley Hutchison, Sangeon (Allen) Ryu, Joe Han, Daniel Marsh, and Peter Martin.

Recognizes the students' academic excellence and extracurricular achievements, including Eagle Scouts, national competition participants, and leaders in clubs and sports.

Notes that St. Andrew's Episcopal School, founded in 1947, has had over 50% of its graduating class score 30 or higher on the ACT for each of the last three years.

Affirms the House of Representatives' policy to recognize outstanding academic achievement by students and schools in Mississippi.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to the school's Head of Upper School, each of the seven students, and the Capitol Press Corps.
