Restricts issuance of Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club distinctive license tags to current members of the organization only, requiring presentation of membership documentation to the Department of Revenue.

Establishes a $30.00 annual additional fee for the distinctive license tag, due at initial application and annually upon renewal, with $2.00 retained by the county tax collector.

Distributes the $30.00 fee as follows: $24.00 to the Blue Knights organization, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Sets a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen distinctive tags, with 5% retained by the county tax collector and the remainder distributed according to the same formula as original tag fees.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
