Reenacts Mississippi Code sections 73-60-1, 73-60-3, 73-60-7, 73-60-23, 73-60-29, and 73-60-45 governing home inspector licensure by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.

Deletes the July 1, 2017 sunset/repealer provision from Chapter 442, Laws of 2013, making the home inspector licensing law permanent.

Maintains licensure fees including $175 for application and examination, $325 for initial and renewal licenses, and various service fees ($25 for address changes, duplicate licenses, and status changes).

Requires home inspectors to complete 20 hours of continuing education every two years for license renewal, with approved providers and continuing education standards set by the Commission.

Establishes the Mississippi Real Estate Commission's authority to adopt codes of ethics, standards of practice, examination requirements, and disciplinary procedures for licensed home inspectors.
