Prohibits manufacture, sale, transport, or receipt of realistic toy guns and imitation firearms unless they contain specific safety markings or are made of transparent materials.

Requires one of four compliance options: blaze orange plug at muzzle recessed no more than 6 millimeters, blaze orange marking covering barrel circumference for at least 6 millimeters, construction entirely of transparent or translucent materials, or bright colored exterior in white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink, or purple.

Exempts nonfiring collector replicas, B-B/paint-ball/pellet airguns, and miniature decorative objects 38 millimeters or less in height by 70 millimeters or less in length.

Exempts theatrical, movie, television, and school drama department use from prohibitions.

Effective July 1, 2017.
