Amends Mississippi Code Section 23-15-955 to require unsuccessful petitioners in legislative election contests to pay the respondent's attorney's fees and expenses.

Petitioner must pay all attorney's fees and costs within 90 days after the legislative chamber adopts its resolution on the election contest.

Applies to election contests filed in either the House of Representatives or the Senate regarding the seat of their respective members.

Maintains existing procedures where the House has exclusive jurisdiction over House member election contests and the Senate has exclusive jurisdiction over Senate member election contests.
