Amends Section 83-17-251 of the Mississippi Code to add a new exemption from continuing education requirements for insurance agents who are 75 years of age or older and have held an agent's license in Mississippi for at least 10 years.

The exemption applies to license renewal requirements, which normally require 12-24 hours of approved continuing education courses depending on how long the license has been in effect.

Maintains all existing exemptions from continuing education requirements, including for limited lines producers, nonactive agents, and non-residents meeting reciprocal agreement standards.

Takes effect upon passage.
