Removes the 500 square feet size limitation on enclosures where wild hogs may be released for slaughter purposes.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to issue metallic tags that must be affixed to the ear of each wild hog being transported within the state.

Tags must remain attached to the hog's ear until slaughter and transporters must obtain a permit from the department before moving live wild hogs.

Authorizes the department to deny permits and tags to individuals with a history of repeat hunting offenses or those with revoked hunting privileges.

Violations of transportation regulations are Class I violations subject to penalties including forfeiture of hunting, trapping, and fishing privileges for one year from conviction.
