Extends the repeal date of Section 43-11-13(4) from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2020, allowing personal care homes to continue admitting residents requiring skilled nursing services with written informed consent from the resident or guardian and physician approval.

Maintains the cap that personal care homes cannot exceed two residents or ten percent of total residents (whichever is greater) under this exception provision.

Continues requirements for the State Board of Health to promulgate rules and regulations regarding resident personal deposits, medicine records, and drug storage and administration in personal care homes.

Takes effect on July 1, 2017.
