Removes language designating arrest for a new criminal offense as a "technical violation" under Mississippi Code Section 47-7-38.

Changes revocation sentencing standards in Sections 47-7-27 and 47-7-37 to count the number of prior revocations rather than the number of alleged technical violations when determining sentence length.

Establishes sentencing guidelines for revocation based on revocation history: first revocation up to 90 days, second up to 120 days, third up to 180 days or remainder of suspended sentence, fourth and subsequent revocations up to remainder of suspended sentence.

Applies sentencing changes to both parole revocations (Parole Board) and probation/post-release supervision revocations (courts).
