Amends Mississippi Code Section 27-65-111 to add a sales tax exemption for Ducks Unlimited, Inc. chapters in the state.

Exemption applies only to tangible personal property or services purchased for resale as part of the chapter's fund-raising activities.

Property and services purchased for the organization's own use or other purposes remain subject to sales tax.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
