Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of Aunt Joyce's Kids, Home of Grace, Cure Sickle Cell Foundation, Memphis Grizzlies, and Natchez-Adams School District, with an additional fee of $30.00 per tag (except Memphis Grizzlies at $50.00).

Distributes fees collected as follows: primary beneficiary receives $24.00 per tag (or $44.00 for Memphis Grizzlies to state general fund); $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund; $2.00 to State Highway Fund; $1.00 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; tax collectors retain $2.00 per application.

Amends existing distinctive license tag provisions for Lions of Mississippi to expand eligibility from members only to supporters, changes administering entity from State Tax Commission to Department of Revenue, and redirects Lions tag fees to White Cane Foundation instead of Lions Sight Foundation.

Modifies Mississippi Association of Realtors tag fees distribution to direct funds to Mississippi REALTOR Disaster Relief Fund effective July 1, 2017; reauthorizes Cystic Fibrosis Awareness tags; requires Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club tags to be issued only to actual members with membership documentation.

Extends deadline for Rotary International distinctive tag requirements from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2018, and effective date of entire act is July 1, 2017.
