Increases the fee for service of process, summons, warrant, writ or other notice in civil and criminal cases from $35.00 to $40.00 per service.

Increases the fee for levy of execution on judgments, attachment and garnishment proceedings (after final judgment enrollment) from $35.00 to $40.00.

Adds $5.00 fee for service on each additional defendant residing at the same household.

Clarifies that when process issued from outside the county must be served in another county, the clerk shall notify the complaining party that additional fees must be paid before delivery to the other county.

Effective date is October 1, 2017.
