Creates Section 27-104-167 requiring the Department of Finance and Administration to publish annual reports from all state agencies, boards, commissions, departments, and institutions on its searchable website.

Grants the Department of Finance and Administration authority to establish forms, processes, procedures, and timelines for receiving annual reports from state entities.

Requires all state agencies, boards, commissions, departments, and institutions to fully cooperate with the Department of Finance and Administration in providing information necessary for compliance.

Amends Section 27-101-3 to mandate that annual reports be published on both the Transparency Mississippi website and the respective agency's official website.

Takes effect upon passage.
