Amends Section 67-1-85, Mississippi Code of 1972, to remove the prohibition on alcoholic beverage advertisements originating in municipalities, counties, or judicial districts that have not legalized alcohol sales.

Retains the lawfulness of advertising alcoholic beverages through signs, billboards, displays, and media in areas that have legalized sales.

Maintains the restriction on advertising alcoholic beverages during or within five minutes before or after television broadcasts primarily intended for children.

Preserves the requirement that package retailer permit holders display their ABC Permit Number on business signs.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
