Authorizes owners of antique automobiles (manufactured more than 25 years ago) to obtain permanent personalized license tags with up to seven letters or numbers of their choice, issued without expiration date.

Sets a one-time fee of $30.00 for personalized antique automobile license tags, with $16.25 deposited to the State General Fund and the remainder to a special fund; tax collectors retain 5% of fees for the county general fund.

Exempts vehicles issued personalized antique automobile license tags from all ad valorem taxation.

Establishes that duplicate tags may be obtained for $10.00 and replacement tags (in case of loss or theft) cost $10.00, with 5% of these fees retained by tax collectors.

Effective July 1, 2017.
