Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-61-33 to authorize expenditure of Education Enhancement Fund classroom supplies for federally funded teachers, removing the prior exclusion of such teachers.

Classroom supply funds (9.61% of Education Enhancement Fund remainder) are distributed to eligible teachers statewide through procurement cards for instructional materials, equipment, and computers.

Local school districts must submit the number of eligible teachers to the State Department of Education by September 1 each year to determine per-teacher allocations.

Classroom supply funds must supplement, not replace, other available local and state funds and cannot be used for administrative purposes.

Effective July 1, 2017.
