Requires administrative consolidation of Tate County School District and Senatobia Municipal School District into one "Senatobia-Tate" School District effective July 1, 2019, with central office located in Senatobia.

Establishes an Interim County Board of Education elected in November 2018 special election, with 3 members from former Senatobia Municipal territory and 2 members from former Tate County territory, serving one-year terms beginning January 1, 2019.

Directs State Board of Education to enforce consolidation order and administratively consolidate any district failing to voluntarily comply; authorizes superintendent of former Senatobia district to manage transition through July 1, 2019, including budget mergers, staff reductions, and salary scale construction.

Transfers all assets, property, and outstanding debt of former districts to new Senatobia-Tate School District; Board of Supervisors of Tate County becomes the levying authority for tax purposes.

Grants two-year waiver from state accountability and assessment requirements to new district's student population, conditional on U.S. Department of Education approval.
