Adds bona fide separation as a new thirteenth ground for fault divorce in Mississippi, increasing the total grounds from twelve to thirteen.

Allows divorce on grounds of willful and continued separation without cohabitation for at least two years, if the separating party intends not to return to or resume the marital relationship.

Restricts the new separation ground to marriages with no children under twenty years of age.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
