Renames the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality Building located at 515 East Amite Street in Jackson, Hinds County to the "Patrick Alan Nunnelee Building"

Requires the Department of Finance and Administration to prepare a plaque documenting Congressman Patrick Alan Nunnelee's background, accomplishments, and service to the state for prominent display inside the building

Mandates the Department of Finance and Administration and Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality erect lettering or signage on the northern outdoor facade of the building facing Amite Street displaying the official name "Patrick Alan Nunnelee Building"

Authorizes the Legislature to appropriate all necessary funds to implement the renaming and signage requirements

Takes effect July 1, 2017
