Appropriates $250,000 from the State General Fund to the Criminal History Center of the Mississippi Department of Public Safety for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Funds designated for pilot programs to develop electronic submission of arrest records in coordination with the Administrative Office of Courts' online criminal dispositions project.

State Treasurer authorized to disburse funds via warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer upon proper requisition.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
