Creates the "Asbestos Bankruptcy Trust Claims Transparency Act" requiring plaintiffs to disclose all asbestos trust claims filed or available within 30 days of filing an asbestos action in Mississippi courts.

Requires plaintiffs to provide sworn statements and all trust materials to courts and defendants, including proof of claims, medical records, and settlement documents from any asbestos bankruptcy trusts.

Allows defendants to file motions identifying additional asbestos trust claims the plaintiff can file, with courts authorized to stay proceedings until claims are filed or plaintiff demonstrates the cost exceeds anticipated recovery.

Makes trust materials and governance documents presumed relevant and admissible as evidence; prohibits privilege or confidentiality claims from blocking discovery of trust materials.

Applies to all asbestos actions filed after July 1, 2017, and pending cases where trial has not commenced as of that date, effective immediately upon enactment.
