Appropriates $5,894,284 from the State General Fund for Mississippi Community College Board administrative expenses for fiscal year 2018 (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).

Appropriates $94,595,992 from the State Treasury and $574,386 for the Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration for the same fiscal period.

Authorizes 52 permanent full-time positions and 1 time-limited full-time position for the Community College Board.

Allocates $51,063,755 for Workforce Education Program and Industrial Training, $28,000,000 from unemployment compensation contributions for workforce training, and $30,000,000 transferred from the Mississippi Department of Education for postsecondary career and technical education.

Designates funds for specific initiatives including $1,107,000 for dual enrollment in practical nursing programs, $542,459 for the Greenville Higher Education Center, and $37,626 for geospatial site licenses.
